8:32am 07-16-2009 Jeanette Jordan: Thanks for featuring my recent experience inside your blog. I'd say 'most recent' but, last night, I saw another, further away, moving at the same speed as the one I mentioned here, which at first I thought to be a plane, then, realised it wasn't.

As I fimed it dazzled, like the previous one, then moved to the SSW and within thirty seconds, disappeared completely, which of course, planes never do:-)

It's not good enough to share because of too much camera shake, due to holding dog on lead on my other arm, and anyway, you might hear my expletives:-)

I also saw what looked like a seriously bright, close star, directly above me, much lower than normal stars, it was there for about half an hour and when I went out again, it had gone.

Again, stars don't disappear, not when all the others are still there and that part of the sky is relatively clear!
